Just like a lot of AI generated games, tooltipes are kinda weirds. They get stucked into the div and are unreadable.

Hi there! Tooltips are pretty new and a WIP, there may be some z-index issues. I’m not sure I will be keeping the tool tips. This game is not AI generated.

There is nothing wrong on using AI for a game, man.
The game is clearly generated with AI, there are a lot of "common design" that recall AIs.

Updated review: I finished the game pretty much just finishing up achievements. This is by far my FAVORITE game I've found on itch. How it's not everyone else's is beyond me.

One thing I've noticed in late game I hired 6 scouts and 6 flippers as well as 2 managers all veterans however it seems the company runs at a deficit. No matter how long I let it sit I'm losing around -$1,000 every 20-30 minutes. I reduced my employees to 3 scouts and 3 flippers with 2 managers and that fixed it making around $10k every 30 minutes. Not sure what's going on there but just thought you should know.

Anyway, thanks for making this game it's been an absolutely blast to play the last few days. Cheers!

Hey! Thanks for the updated comment it feels great knowing the game feels pretty good!! Had to take a screenshot! I think you’re right, I noticed having a lot of scouts and flippers flips some number and you go negatives…. I am aware of this I think I need to dig deeper to why it’s happening. Luckily it’s pretty late game

Yeah it's not a big deal as moneys not really an issue at this late in the game. Anyway last suggestions and thoughts for real this time:

It'd be great to have a select all button when creating bundles and a way to select all slabs would be great too. Also having an upgrade skill that can be bought to sort / filter the marketplace so we can filter by condition, rarity, value, etc. It'd make it easier when searching for certain cards or filling out the collection.

Lastly, having an actual watch list that we can refer to would be great so we can easily add/delete certain cards from our watch list. Also a symbol on cards signifying it's on your watch list would make it a lot easier to identify which cards we're looking out for when browsing the marketplace or bids.

Mainly just QOL suggestions but it could improve the experience dramatically. Hope it helps. Cheers!

Thanks for the suggestions! There’s a big list of QOL fixes on my plate after posting the game on itch! Will take a look and gather all these suggestions onto a single list

Bug: Selling a card that is displayed will not free the display slot

Known bug :) thanks you! Fix in progress

I liked the game overall, but it definitely needs a slower drip-feed of new features and content- I unlocked all the game mechanics at rep level 2/6. Could also use some more QoL buttons. I found the best thing to do was hire all scouts, yoink all the cards from their shelves, get them all graded based on thier total value, and immediately resell them. Efficient but definitely not making use of all the game mechanics. Anyways, keep up the fine work.

LOL, you TCG snake! Keep in mind scouts spend your own money (you prob noticed this). That’s a funny way to get lots of cards fast (and usually for a steal since that’s what scouts do) thanks for the feedback, i think QoL/polishing is a big focus for me post-itch.io launch. Glad to see people are seeing some of the mechanics available to them like removing store inventory (wasn’t sure people would dig around enough to notice!) employee logic could use some changes and polishing. I do think the game could be played many different ways so some mechanics will be under used which should be okay, the employee automation is pretty important though and grading is very profitable if you have a keen eye. “slower drip-feed of new features” is great feedback, I’m thinking the same thing, I don’t want to overload a new player (that’s why i added a pretty interactable tutorial recently to unlock new tabs)

rep level 2/6 is pretty early to be unlocking everything, i suppose most things are just upgrades, ill look into ways to gate some features until they reach higher rep/business levels. Moving through business levels is where the biggest gains should come from ideally

I LOVE THIS GAME! Excellent sim really hits that itch for buy low sell high and finding gems through grading is exciting! One bug I noticed is if I sell something that was in displayed in my storefront on feebay I can no longer use that slot in the storefront. I tried refreshing the page but it didn't work. I'm currently limited to two display slots when I have eight.

Besides that it's a great game! PZA GEM 10!

Thank you so much for the kind words! It feels great knowing at least 1 person enjoyed the game!! As for the bug, I will look into this and have it fixed pretty soon. My favorite part of the game is grading cards, theres just something special about sniping out a clean card and getting a gem 10 for your showcase :D

Looking for some feedback / play testers:) what do you like? What do you hate?

Currently working on a better on-boarding process and tutorial so you will see some changes around this. I need to make sure new players understand what they can do / collect as early as possible.
